Its that time of the year again! Shopping, and more shopping.

I know its that time of the year again, where most of our well saved money will used for presents for other people.  If your like most, it can cost tons of money purchasing presents from buying presents to your kids, loved ones, parents and even neighbors.  So much presents, so little money?  There are ways to make it work without using a loan or borrowing money from others.  Try selling jewelry, commissioning arts (if you’re good at it), bake sale, and yard sale around the neighborhood.

What kind of presents have you thought about?  Have you considered buying something for yourself too?  Its going to be a very hectic holidays for everyone especially with all the sales and craziness.  But one thing is for sure, buying something for someone does not have to be necessarily expensive.  Give someone something small that they will remember you by.  Do-it-Yourself (DIY) items are also great ideas for a more personal present to a family.  What ever it is your giving to someone make sure its a gift that is special.

This weekend is Black Friday, for those who are thinking of staying out and waiting for long lines, be sure to be warm.  Keep the spirit of giving alive!
